Christmas Eve
Gianna sang at church in the children's choir and did a fantastic job on her solo.
We visited with G&G Teska before mass and shared our baby news with them, and after mass we had dinner with G&G Thompson and the LaVoy's and shared our baby news with them too:)
We ended the evening by putting out milk and cookies for Santa and watching The Nativity.
Christmas Morning
We started the morning with a little Christmas miracle, I was the first one up, ready to start the day;) After everyone else woke up, we enjoyed a very relaxing morning opening gifts from Santa and our family gifts. In the afternoon we went to G&G Thompson's for an open house with the some extended Thompson family and ended the evening at G&G Teska's with Aunt Molly and Uncle Ben.
December 26th
The day after Christmas we enjoyed a Christmas celebration with G&G Teska, Great G&G Rohde, and Aunt Molly and Uncle Ben. We opened gifts, ate a delicious Christmas lunch, and played some fun games G&G Teska had planned for us. Who knew a big ball of packaging wrap could produce so much fun!
December 31st
We rounded out most (but not all!) of our Christmas celebrations at G&G Thompson's on New Year's Eve. We ate our delicious annual brunch, and the grand kids carried on the Luebke family tradition of the talent show! We opened presents and the adults played a 5 hour game of Dominos... and we only played evens! (That's what happens when you have a household of kids to attend to, and it's getting close to dinner time;) The kids closed out the evening by playing Pie Face, which didn't fail to produce some laughs.
(I missed Casey in the credits... but he showed some great dance moves too!!)
