Still LOVES his "boppies" (aka pacifiers), but is trying hard to only use them at nap time and bedtime.

Unlike his sisters, he loves taking sips of other people's pop 

but just like his sister Ella did, he LOVES to play with his food!  

(Anything and everything often gets dipped in his milk or water and eaten... it is hard to watch sometimes;)

When he plays with the kitchen set he will make "tea" or "hot noodle"

Likes to watch mom and dad cook and likes to see the "bubbles" and "smoke" (aka boiling water and steam)

We went to the doctor for his 2 year old check up, and the new doctor asked if he was missing a tooth when she first got a glimpse of his teeth... Nope! Just a big gaped tooth grin!;)

Right now I absolutely love his smile, but I have a feeling someday, he won't, and braces may be in our future;)

Calls anything related to Jesus and church an "Alleluia"

Likes to try on hats and likes to be a "wee, whoo, wee, whoo" guy just like his daddy!

If you ask him where daddy is when he's gone, he will always answer, "wee, whoo, wee, whoo."
For this reason we all have become accustom to saying daddy is at the "wee, whoo, wee, whoo station."

Loves holding baby dolls and pushing them in strollers and loves zooming cars.
Likes to throw and try to catch balls and likes to play "bass-ball" (aka basketball) with dad.
Likes watching "Choo-Choo" shows.
Likes to carry around a "hello" (aka an old cellphone).  However, the only person he ever talks to on his "hello" is "Papa."

Likes to wear his "George" shirts (aka Curious George), Elmo shirt, and "Bull" shirt (aka Chicago Bulls)

Loves to push buttons and play with technology.

Likes to bang his hammer to "fix" things.

Loves to stand on the couch armrest, count "1, 2, 3" and fall onto the couch with a great big giggle.

Likes to run and "jump" into a pile of pillows and knock things over while growling like a monster.

We have given him the nick-name, "crazy hands." He can be sitting so nice playing or eating something and then BAM, in .2 seconds, he feels the need to destroy whatever he's playing with or throw whatever he is eating.  It's his not so subtle way of saying, "I'm done!!"

Ella and Nathan are the best of pals and the worst of enemies at times... they laugh their loudest and cry their hardest when they are together;)

  The way Ella and Nathan interact together reminds me so much of the way Gianna and Ella interacted when they were 4 and 2.

Nathan has fun joining in Ella's creative world, even when he's not exactly sure what they are doing;)

As for Gianna and Nathan, their relationship is quite sweet.  She is old enough to understand he is only two and therefore, has more patience and sympathy for him.  Maria told me one night when they were watching the kids, Nathan fell off a chair and she was able to comfort him for a short time, until he saw Gianna.  When he saw Gianna, he wanted to sit and be with her.

He completely captures our hearts with his smiles, cries, frowns, and laughs.

He is sweet and feisty and shy and silly.

He is our baby boy, and we love him SO MUCH!!
